Nagev galvanizing plant in Hungary
Just behind the city limits of Budapest in Ócsa the largest and most modern hot dip galvanizing plant in Hungary is situated, belonging to NAGEV.
It is 15.5 m long, 2.2 m wide and 3.5 m deep, the largest galvanizing kettle in Hungary, in which 200 tons of metal can be provided with a permanent protective finish. After an intensive planning phase, Scheffer Krantechnik supplied a varying range of components from the proven Scheffer modular system with a load capacity of two-times 6.3 tons, and thus played a significant role in establishing the first fully-automatic hot dip galvanizing plant in private hands in Hungary.
