Established in 1969, the high yield steel trader BEPRO based in Gelsenkirchen has been pursuing a strategy of healthy growth and innovation. Nothing demonstrates the success of this approach better than the latest extension of the company which recently opened another site at Consolstraße near Ahlmannshof in Gelsenkirchen. A healthy growth and a solid foundation are a good base to build on.
Scheffer Krantechnik has delivered a total of 5 crane plants for the extension of rff Flansch Fitting Handels GmbH at the location in Leipzig/ Beucha. 4 of these cranes are fitted with our tried and tested load stabilized system and magnetic lifting technology with a carrying capacity of 2 x 5 t and a span of approx. 22,000 mm. A crane has been delivered as a telescopic crane with a load carrying capacity of 5.5 t and a track gauge of approx.
One of our last projects for Besta in Mülheim an der Ruhr is probably one of our best-known projects of the year 2014. This was not only due to the extraordinary design of the crane, but also to the fact that the West German broadcasters WDR accompanied the work of our project manager with the camera. The report was broadcast in the programme Lokalzeit Münster.
Many of us have been there: coming up to a big birthday or anniversary, we tend to look back. At Scheffer, we can do this with a big smile. Over more then the last five decades, the agricultural machinery manufacturer CLAAS in Harsewinkel has time and again opted for designs and solutions by Scheffer. We should however not forget that CLAAS was already in business for exactly 50 years when it first teamed up with Scheffer.
