Three variants for your success
To offer customers the greatest possible flexibility when designing their plant layouts, Scheffer Krantechnik GmbH works with three different basic models. These models differ according to their degree of automation, ranging from simple manual concepts to semi-automated or fully automated systems. To make it easier for our customers to grasp these concepts, the models are divided into BASIC, SMART and BEST variants. The most appropriate layout is devised together with each customer on a case-by-case basis.
The BASIC variant refers to entirely manually operated concepts:
- The processes are very clear
- All processes are completely manual
- The quality and number of dips depend entirely on the operators
The SMART variant refers to semi-automated concepts:
- More complex processes can be designed with the help of partial automation
- All processes can be carried out entirely manually or semi-automatically
- The loading and galvanizing processes are still carried out manually
- The quality and number of dips depend partly on the operators and partly on the semi-automated systems
The BEST variant refers to fully automated concepts:
- The most complex processes can be efficiently designed with the help of full automation
- Only the un-/racking and galvanizing processes are still carried out manually
- The quality and number of dips are of a consistently high level
